1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-returnable Items
Please note that custom or personalized items (such as items with custom names or photos) are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at huibencraft@gmail.com within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include clear photos of the product and the packaging.
5. Order Cancellation
As our products are handcrafted with care, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel. Once the production process has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations.
6. Return Shipping Cost
For defective or incorrect items, HuibenCraft will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns (such as "changed my mind"), customers are responsible for the shipping costs to our overseas fulfillment center. Please contact our support team for specific return instructions before sending any items back.
7. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
