Handcrafted with Care 
All HuibenCraft products are uniquely handcrafted by me. Please allow [3-7] business days for your order to be created before it is dispatched. For custom orders, the timeline may vary—please check individual product descriptions for details.

International Shipping & Taxes
We ship to select countries worldwide from our studio in Shenzhen, China. To provide a worry-free shopping experience, Sales Tax/VAT is already included in our product prices. You won't face unexpected tax charges at checkout.

Please note: While taxes are covered, any local import duties required by your country's customs remain the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Address Accuracy 
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot an error, contact us at HuibenCraft@gmail.com immediately.

Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. While we ensure safe packaging, HuibenCraft is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit by the carrier. In such cases, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Order Issues 
Upon arrival, please inspect your package. If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
